Can I return my package if I bought it on sale?

all hair extensions purchased are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
extension returns are only accepted if you received the wrong item.
Please note: hair extensions cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene regulations.
Shipping costs for returns are at the rhc collesction expense.

Should I choose a closure or a frontal?

If you like to pull your hair back, a lace frontal is the better choice as it offers more versatility and a natural hairline across the front.
If you simply want to close your install with a natural scalp look, a lace closure is ideal.
If you're new to wigs, we recommend starting with a closure—it’s easier to apply and requires less maintenance.

How long does delivery take?

Hair extensions: Estimated delivery time is 4-10 working days. Sometimes orders arrive earlier, but please plan for up to 10 business days.
Hair accessories & tools: Delivered within 2–4 working days.
Delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances, but we will always keep you informed.
